Jaggar is commited to providing our customers and clients with the most user friendly, reliable service possible. We are dedicated to protecting your privacy and will do nothing to break the trust that our users bestow upon us when they submit personal information.

From time to time, Jaggar may ask for personal information from our customers, clients, or potential users. Although there is no content of an adult nature on the Jaggar web site, individuals under the age of 18 should not submit personal information without permission from their parents.

From time to time, Jaggar may disclosure statistical information concerning items such as number of users, geographic locations of users, etc. Howerver, at no time will personal information such as name, address, phone number, email address, etc. be disclosed with this informaion without first obtaining written consent from each individual, except where such disclosure may be required by law.

All information collected from individuals will be stored on secured media at the Jaggar data center, or other secure facility as needed. We utilize all industry standard security methods in the protection of your data, however, any personal data submitted whether via the Internet / World Wide Web, telephone, or in written correspondence can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure, no matter to whom the information is submitted.

Policy Changes

Changes may be made to this policy at any time at Jaggar discretion. We will make every effort to disseminate the updated privacy information to all users, either by electronically transmitting the entire text of this policy, or by sending a notification via email informing users that there has been a change. The email would contain a link to the updated privacy policy located on Jaggar' web site.
